Ronan Considine
Project Director with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, including extensive experience in the UAE. Ronan has delivered major projects with ALEC Engineering and Contracting across hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors. He has also led a number of high-end residential refurbishment projects in Dubai, combining large-scale delivery expertise with detailed, design-focused execution.
Shane McGill
Experienced development and commercial professional with over 25 years’ experience across the UK, Ireland and over the past number of years in the UAE Shane has delivered a wide range of residential and commercial developments, including high-end private client projects and UHNW refurbishments. He brings a strong commercial and strategic perspective, ensuring clear financial control and delivery focus across all projects.
